Our most common request is a kitchen and bathroom remodeling project, so let’s use that as an example.
Hiring Houston for Your Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling Project
When you hire us, everything is all-inclusive, meaning you don’t have to contact other contractors for any other work. We have any work needed accounted for, so sit back and relax!
Most customers often have an idea of what they want. You may be considering adding new light fixtures, or you may want a complete demo of your kitchen—either way, we’ve got you covered! Just tell us what you’re looking for and we will work up an estimate for you.
Our estimate process is easy. Houston Remodeling Services actually creates two estimates, one for materials and one for labor.
We interview the customer on what they want, everything from overall style to picking out finishes. Then, we recommend going in-store or online to pick out the materials you want, and we help you make sure you get the right amount.
Our labor estimate will also include how long we expect the job to take. The amount of time just depends on how many projects we currently have in queue. The longest a project has taken us is about 6 weeks, and that’s the lengthiest is usually gets.
Once you accept the estimate, we will ask you for a deposit to cover the materials before getting started. The labor estimate will be paid once the job is done. We always double-check the estimate when we are finished with your project to make sure everything is done to specification.
Currently, we do not have a written warranty, but we stand behind our work. We do warrant the workmanship for 1 year from the date of the invoice, and you will receive a manufacturer’s warranty. If you end up needing something repaired or replace, we are more than happy to help.
